Due to increased requests for additional training and work process settings from our support team, we would like to offer our customers an additional support package.

This is a package with 10 hours of support that can be called up until the hours are exhausted. The support times are billed every 10 minutes. Proof of the time spent is provided.

The following services are included in this package, among others:

• Additional training courses
• Creation, support and customization of folders, processes and workflows
• Product maintenance and settings

The implementation of the requirements takes place after consultation and scheduling.
This support package includes a discount of 20% compared to the individual hourly booking. In this package you receive 10 instead of 8 hours of support.
