Dear LEVETO customers,

Regarding your inquiries regarding product maintenance or product changes, we would like to point out again that we are not permitted to carry out this work according to the SaaS contract!

Product maintenance is a liability-related issue that is prohibited for us as a SaaS provider.

If your company is experiencing bottlenecks due to overload, you can commission us separately in writing. We can perform this work for you, provided you book a paid support quota.

Our team will then provide timesheets, which will then be credited to your support allowance.

Software customization / creation of workbooks

Of course, we are still happy to support you in the form of short training courses or refresher courses.

What we can no longer do, however, are complex changes to workflows and processes. This takes away resources within our team that other customers simply don’t have.

Here too, using workflows as an example, the following applies: Order a support quota, we will provide an estimate of the effort required and schedule this work after you have given your approval.
