Workflows can now be set as a “linked automatic process”.

Start under the Process tracker tab. This is where you set which “active workflows” are contained in the process. This is set in the very first workflow with which such a chain is to be triggered.

Example:
Workflow A has been set so that it is activated as soon as an order confirmation has been created with the item JKL. This is also displayed in the process tracker. As workflow A is the first in the auto process , a sharing page is automatically created and the link to this shared page is sent to the customer by email. The content of the e-mail is also defined in the process tracker. When the customer clicks on the link, they are taken to the data entry screen. All workflows are addressed there as separate steps. As long as the workflow has not yet been triggered, it appears as deactivated with a note on what is being waited for. Which step has not yet been completed and why is also displayed, even with a percentage. When the next workflow is activated, the customer receives an e-mail informing them that they need to take action again.

This allows you to create work processes that react to data input from an external user and inform the user when they should take action.
