LEVETO will soon be able to read and send e-mails,
just like an e-mail program. For example, like the eM Client (eM Client), Outlook (Microsoft), Thunderbird (Mozilla) or the Mail program (Apple).
As you are used to from the example programs mentioned above, emails can be displayed in the CRM area in LEVETO, in the Communication tab. LEVETO therefore has a complete program for receiving, reading, writing and sending emails.
LEVETO support must activate the e-mail module. The IMAP and SMTP data of an e-mail mailbox or account can then be entered in the user settings. Just like mail client programs, LEVETO then reads the e-mails from this account.
The email addresses are recognized and assigned to the leads. This means that the consultant has access to all emails that belong to Lead Mustermann in the CRM area of this lead and can act and respond accordingly.
Emails are always assigned to the corresponding lead. LEVETO therefore does not collect all e-mails in the mailbox (unsorted) in one place, but makes daily work easier.
As LEVETO “only” accesses the e-mail inbox, you can work as usual with the e-mail client you are using. The mail server synchronizes all data for you.
