Error message when creating duplicate leads

Previously, when manually creating a lead that already exists, an error message would only appear if the lead came from the same source. Now, you can specify in the project settings whether this error message should check across all sources.

Until now, possible duplicates were reported when the same email AND the same source were found.
LEVETO now checks across all sources for phone number, email and source.
Provided that you check or uncheck the box in the project settings for the respective project.

Projects → Manage project → Project name → Project settings → General → Check lead duplicates only in the same source.

If the checkbox is checked, the same source, same email and same phone number will be checked.
If this checkbox is unchecked, the source won’t be verified, but only for the same email address and phone number. This means you can receive or create the same lead from two different sources.
