Additions to customer groups

Price premiumand price discountby customer group, as well as payment terms by customer group. In each case as a standard default setting.

Two setting options have been added to the customer groups:
Firstly, you can set price surcharges and discounts separately for each customer group. And that payment terms can be stored differently for each customer group.
