Recently, there have been inquiries as to whether and how it is possible, for example, to send appointment reminders to the lead via SMS from LEVETO.
Yes, this is generally possible. LEVETO only supports the SMS provider cm.com.
There you need a customer account and have to book a quota. You will also receive a token. This token must then be entered into your instance by LEVETO support.
SMS messages can then be sent.
Note: This is a service SMS. This service behaves like a Noreply e-mail address.
