Why does Leveto not offer direct debit?
Dear LEVETO users,
We have recently received an increasing number of inquiries about direct debits and direct debit. We would therefore like to explain our decision to you transparently.
In Germany, direct debits can be reversed for up to six weeks, which has led to unpleasant experiences for us in the past. In order to continue to focus on the ongoing development of your software, we have deliberately decided not to use this payment method.
Instead of spending resources on processing outstanding claims, we prefer to invest your license fees in new features, improvements and reliable support so that Leveto can provide you with the best possible support.
